Dealership Training
Project created in 2013 to encourage the training of salespeople of a new vehicle model for dealerships throughout Brazil.
In the project, dealership attendants managed different types of customers (controlled by Artificial Intelligence) who entered and had different demands/curiosities. The attendants needed to deal with their needs, doubts and also show the dealership's quality standard (offering water, showing the plans, other vehicles, and various other particularities of the business).
Furthermore, the application also showed details of the vehicle so that the attendant could answer any questions about the model and all its technical characteristics.
